MOD Rehab
The Moderate Rehabilitation Program (Mod Rehab) is designed to provide low and moderately low-income families and individuals with housing assistance in contracted units at specific property locations. Assistance is limited and required to properties previously rehabilitated pursuant to a Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) Contract between the owner and DHC.
The program was repealed in October 1991 and no new projects are authorized for development. DHC and the owners of each site negotiate annual contract renewals. DHC currently has contracts with three (3) Mod Rehab Properties.
